Take a breather and free yourself from unnecessary stress. You know how demanding everyday life is and what demands your work places on your endurance. Make sure you get the same amount of exercise, relaxation, and vitamin-rich foods. You need all these elements to master your daily tasks.

Things are about to find a balance in your life. So be prepared to enjoy a healthier and more balanced time that will give you a sense of security and confidence. In one of your relationships, there are real changes. It looks like someone is finally ready to take another step in the right direction. Are you also ready to take this step? Balance is important. If someone tries to do it, you have to make an effort right away. Demonstrate your fairness.

Do not forget that good relationships always consist of compromises. In this regard, a little more sensitivity and consideration on your part is required. It’s not always easy: you should always try to free yourself from the air and avoid misunderstandings in the first place. Otherwise, it could come to a pretty violent dispute.

  • Video by David Chancellor chancellordavid In northern Botswana finally the rains came and with it the termites Termite colonies are comprised of thousands of sterile workers and soldiers and a queen and king There are also multitudes of termites that are sexed have wings and play no part in the daily activities of the colony such as gathering food or defending the nest these are called alates and their role is to fly away from the mound find a mate from another colony and start their own new colony becoming the next kings and queens Heavy rains trigger the termite life cycle Following a downpour thousands of alates are released from the chambers where they have been kept and tended They take to the air briefly When they land their wings fall off Following pheromone trails from other alates they find a mate and a place where the sand has been suitably softened by the rain and they dig a hole and start breeding They survive off the fat reserves in their bodies until their offspring are big enough to go out and start bringing food back to them In this manner they become the queen and king of their own new colony This flight is a vital link in the nutrient cycle here The termites themselves feed on the vast amounts of dead wood found turning something that is difficult for many creatures to benefit from into a rich source of nutrition To see more follow me chancellordavid

  • Photo by Ian Teh iantehphotography Palm oil plantation Carey Island Selangor Malaysia Malaysia and Indonesia together produce 85 of the world s palm oil For a week in Kuala Lumpur where I m based the city has been shrouded in a toxic haze from burning peat forests set on fire to clear land for palm oil and pulpwood plantations on the Indonesian island of Sumatra The resulting haze can travel as far as neighboring Malaysia and Singapore Conservation biologist Adam Kamal explains why palm oil is so ubiquitous It is in almost everything toothpaste ice cream cosmetic creams and even in some fuels No other crop produces the same amount of vegetable oil per acre that oil palm does However while the productivity of well-maintained oil palm is amazing the key issues now are the sustainable management of palm oil plantations monocropping with heavy reliance on chemical fertilizers and pesticides and expansion of plantations into pristine forest areas High-quality forests are cut down for a one-off profit which then eases the leasing of a clear-cut area for oil palm plantations The key is to use already degraded land or land that aren t primary forest or healthy secondary forest for these plantations as well as making sure that the supply chain is kept sustainable Oil palm itself is not evil but it must be regulated palmoil environment sustainability
